Highly recommend I was a roommate for 8 months with someone in an efficiency unit and we had zero issues in the unit. Building 696. We didn’t have any issues with pests, noise, crime, etc. I know have my own apartment in the middle of the property and it’s also very quiet. The neighbors are very respectful. Awesome place to live I have lived at Villa De Mar for 1 year and Absolutely love it! The ladies in the Office are always friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. When I moved into my apartment it was absolutely perfect! You can tell maintenance pays attention to detail and cares what the apartments like. If I call in a maintenance request they are on top of it! I Love how close we are to shopping and the Villa always is having a food truck here and other activities!

yes I do it's so peaceful. n they keep it very clean.it would be very nice if the ppl that live here that have dogs clean after there dog .they build a dog park and you still see them walking there beautiful dogs by the apt grass were people walk.please clean after your dog .let's keep it clean.we all live here ..not all the ppl follow the rules .not nice .keep them on there leash.
The management and employee's is what makes this place a cut above the rest of it's competitors. We have residents that are still living here 20 - 30 years! Location is another plus; mall, Cranes Roost park, grocery stores, and a hospital.
Love Villa Del Mar Apartments! Office staff are wonderful, friendly and prompt in answering your questions and concerns. Communication system with tenants is very effective. Maintenance is quick to respond and very helpful. Clean, apartments are beautiful and well kept. Great place to live and call home.
Villa Del Mar is, in my opinion, the best. Staff is so friendly and warming. Also, very convenient that everything is close by. Like the mall, Safeway etc., plus I feel very safe. Also maintenance is very quick to respond. I highly recommend if youre looking for a safe and amazing environment, choose Villa Del Mar.
