All the bad reviews are true, we even tried to give the benefit of the doubt… but when we went to see for ourselves we were met with disaster. Gabriela is the rental property manager and she was nice and seemed helpful on the phone, but as soon as we got approved for the apartment things took a turn. We scheduled a tour of our apartment with Gabriela and when we arrived no one was on property and the office was locked. They take your $50 application fee and don’t even call on it. I called multiple times and nothing. I even told her how serious my situation was. Should have read the other reviews first.
I haven’t moved in yet, but Gabby, the property manager has bent over backwards multiple times for me and been very patient, flexible and polite when I had a ton of questions, was anxious about things, changed my mind multiple times, (thought I was going to try to move to Palo Alto, then changed my mind back again.) She has been amazing so far and I can’t thank her enough! The location is amazing, to boot! Can’t wait to move in! Thanks, Gabby!!! 🤗
