Availability dates they post are a scam to get your $50 application fee. Save yourself the headache and the 50 bucks and look elsewhere!!
All the bad reviews are true, we even tried to give the benefit of the doubt… but when we went to see for ourselves we were met with disaster. Gabriela is the rental property manager and she was nice and seemed helpful on the phone, but as soon as we got approved for the apartment things took a turn. They take your $50 application fee and don’t even call on it. I called multiple times and nothing. I even told her how serious my situation was. Should have read the other reviews first.
