I recently just got an apartment, and the lady at the desk, Esther, was so sweet and helpful! I didn’t feel like a nuisance AT ALL! She was very kind, and wanted to genuinely help and work with me to secure an apartment. She was injured on her knee, but still strived to give me tours of two units. Absolutely amazing!

Ever since MMG took over the property, we have seen the change for the better. Work orders have been executed as soon as we submit them. I see the new Maintenence Supervisor, Carlos, always working on projects through out the property. Starting with the pool which was black and now is crystal clear. Plus striping the parking lot to cutting trees and fixing our acs. Even on the weekends we see him working. Thank you for fixing our water heater on Saturday. Now we can wash our clothes with hot water.
I would put 0 if I could. The heater is broken, and there is no hot water. Maintenance takes so long to even reply, you’re better off fixing it yourself. Also, there are roaches everywhere and pest control does nothing about it. The managers take way too long to reply to anything. For example, I had a package come in but I couldn’t open the mailbox bc I didnt have a key. After about a month of bothering them daily, I finally got it.
