These apartments are very old so naturally you will experience a lot of issues with plumbing, electric, ect. The 2 pools are out of service and have been for years, there are no security cameras anywhere so if you are a victim of theft or your property is damaged there's nothing the apartment managers can do for you. Theres somebody that keeps making too much noise. 2 days ago she screamed at the top of her lungs in the middle of the night and it woke me up.
So far, so good.
When we first moved in we had some really dirty/annoying neighbors above us but now that they are gone i enjoy living here. It's pretty quiet and the rent price is good. My apartment is pretty decent sized as well. The couple that manages the apartments have been really nice. Really the only issue we've had were roaches when we first moved in but I'm pretty sure that was coming from the dirty disgusting neighbors from upstairs. Now that they moved out I haven't seen any. It amazes me how people can be so disgusting.
