My wife and I came in today and looked at a few floorplans with Ms Samantha. She was very helpful and patient with us. We applied on the spot. I highly recommend this community to call home
I love coming in to the office management is friendly and welcoming
I renewed my lease I love living here very clean with professional staff I highly recommend this place
Communal laundry has weak dryers requiring you to pay twice for drying your clothes. Overpriced cycles cost $3 each. Unreasonable owners lock the doors early night, strict! If you work a 9-5, don’t expect forgiving timelines and be prepared to start laundry as soon as you return home, otherwise you risk things like having to pay for another cycle in the morning, wrinkled clothes, or paying for equipment like steamers and drying racks. Don’t recommend this property if you care about doing your laundry.
What a sefisticated professional we met today at Stratford villas. The manager Samantha Walker was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. This community is peaceful. I love the many trees and greenery.
