Communal laundry has weak dryers requiring you to pay twice for drying your clothes. Overpriced cycles cost $3 each. Unreasonable owners lock the doors early night, strict! If you work a 9-5, don’t expect forgiving timelines and be prepared to start laundry as soon as you return home, otherwise you risk things like having to pay for another cycle in the morning, wrinkled clothes, or paying for equipment like steamers and drying racks. Don’t recommend this property if you care about doing your laundry.
What a sefisticated professional we met today at Stratford villas. The manager Samantha Walker was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. This community is peaceful. I love the many trees and greenery.
Today, I went and toured these apartments with my husband. Samantha and Jerome were amazing! Super kind, friendly, and helpful. We were shown a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. It was super spacious— lots of sun coming through the big windows, beautiful kitchen, spacious private backyard, bedrooms and living room! Lots of storage space! Everything was perfect. Today i xame in for a tour. I met with the managers sam and jae they reth most pleasant professionals i have ever met. This property is beautiful. The units are newley renovated and very spacious. I xabt wait to call this place home
This property is sister to the Oakridge apartments directly across the street. It's such a beautiful area to live in. Both properties managed by Winn. Very professional welcoming and knowledgeable.
