Don’t move here if you enjoy peace, It’s very ghetto. It’s a rough area. Gunshots, homeless drug addicts, and police always in the neighborhood . Not a place to raise your kids. Lots of stray animals. Trash everywhere. Loud music and no guest parking at all. The parking is the worst part of it because they don’t give you a designated spot. Towing company that works for apts are racists and will damage your car. Honestly these apartments need to shut down and be renovated or get a better business owner. I never got my deposit back they gave me the run around for years. Now they won’t respond or answer to my phone number. I was a loyal tenant with little to any problems . It’s a slap in the face to have my money stolen and there was no damage to the unit

A great place to live! •Gas Stove •Washer Connection •No Dryer Connection (Laundromats is nearby) •Clothes line outside at back •Central Heat •No Central Air (Window A/C Unit is a must) •Screen doors (front and back) •Telephone Connection •Internet Connection •Register Parking •Stairs •4 Opening Windows •Carpet Rooms •Bathroom •Large Attic Fan •Rectangle mailboxes •Playground •Garage Dumpster •Two Transit Buses (15~27) in the area. •Not far from the nearest grocery stores.
