Lived here for quite some time the property manager does NOT answer phone calls what so ever. If you have a problem you’d better be able to figure it out yourself the staff is underwhelming to say at the most. I’d recommend moving to ANY other apartments in shawnee
Very good place to live, very clean and management is very nice.
This place is terrible, and the manager, Landon, is particularly useless. I had a lease fully signed, deposit and first month’s rent paid for, and I never even got to move in because they refused to honor their part of the deal by making the place livable. The hot water didn’t work, the AC didn’t work, no one ever cleaned the place prior to when I was supposed to move in despite the staff lying to me and telling me it had already been done.
