This place is terrible, and the manager, Landon, is particularly useless. I had a lease fully signed, deposit and first month’s rent paid for, and I never even got to move in because they refused to honor their part of the deal by making the place livable. The hot water didn’t work, the AC didn’t work, no one ever cleaned the place prior to when I was supposed to move in despite the staff lying to me and telling me it had already been done. I lived here for a little over 3years and at first the landlords were awful because you could never get a hold of anyone when something happened. What about 10 months ago OKC real took over and the manager's name was landon and he was absolutely wonderful to me. If I ever had a problem all I had to do was call him and he took care of it. No one ever bothered me there and I felt safe. I would absolutely recommend it.
Wish I could get ahold of someone, about renting.
The manager is a lovely person who cares for tenants, and the apartments are beautiful.
I would give a zero if possible. Management is nonexistent. I have had nothing but issues and they have done absolutely nothing to help. They won't even return my phone calls. Emergency maintenance has never answered or responded, either.
