I'm updating my review. The management is average at best, landscaping is dying, and the resident Services Coordinator is gone again. We have been here for 18 months and love our one bedroom apartment. Great views from patios and windows overlooking the mountains, a now dried running or landscaping.Only a few activities left but a second activity for older seniors has been added. It's nicer than your average HUD senior apartments but not ideal.

New activities added including art classes, Tai Chi, monthly pot luck movie afternoon and others. Much nicer than your average HUD senior apartments, unfortunately the wait-list is currently closed.
My parents feel so comfy there. I didn't give it 5 stars because some tenants smoke and it is bothersome.
