Do not rent here, awful building management. I visit frequently my friend who lives here. I was stuck in the elevator for 1 entire hour in the morning causing me and my friend to be late for work. We had called someone to help, and someone did come to help open the elevators, though from our understanding it was sheer luck that the elevators opened up. Emily is a really supportive agent! She is always responsive, answers questions, has video tours of the apartments and is understanding. When she showed me an apartment in one building, she asked what was on my wish list for a “perfect” spot. She was able to find that spot in a different building nearby!
We’ve recently moved from Toronto, ON to Vancouver and we managed to land on this apartment with the help of Emily. We were very lucky to have her help as she was always willing to answer our questions while we were out of the province and once we got here was super accommodating and supportive (I.e. key drop offs, help with getting our parking with the building and reaching out to the responsible building contacts to install our wifi). I transitioned across a few provinces. Emily made this a very easy transition! It a up-to-date building with a very amazing cleaning crew. Emily welcomed me warmly and provided a great service - it could not have been better service. The building is quiet and comfortable. I am excited to have a new home. A gem in Vancouver. Highly recommend both Emily and InterRent. It's only been a few days, but the process was streamlined. I suspect that it will be an amazing lease year.
My wife and I received outstanding service from the InterRent team, especially from Emily. She was accommodating, informative, and incredibly responsive, even during her vacation, ensuring we had all the information we needed. We're thrilled to move into our new apartment!
