Not a bad place. Stays mostly quiet for a bunch of people living close together but the drive definitely needs to be repaired.
The landlord that owns these is an extremely nice guy. Very understanding and easy to talk to. He is not a slum lord. He will fix things that need fixed as soon as you bring them to his attention. Cute little quiet community of cottages.
