Nice people living there, I think the building needs a little more maintenance ,and the landscaping. the new board (2025) is doing a good job to make this building more to date.
Very well situated - across South Dixie Highway the University of Miami - and an atmosphere of academia permeates the environment. Has had problems with maintenance since the full time staff that took place of its maintenance was let go to save money. But with the new management company, things in general have turned for the better. New elections for the condo board will take place Friday August 9th, 2024, and great expectations ought to be in order.
