Very well situated - across South Dixie Highway the University of Miami - and an atmosphere of academia permeates the environment. Has had problems with maintenance since the full time staff that took place of its maintenance was let go to save money. But with the new management company, things in general have turned for the better. New elections for the condo board will take place Friday August 9th, 2024, and great expectations ought to be in order.

Una buena villa en un lugar muy tranquilo, y de fácil acceso, pero le falta un poco de pintura y de cuidado a sus áreas verdes lo que sin duda podría convertirse en un lugar más acogedor , sobre do por estar rodeado de lugares tan pintorescos que hace que se vea cómo algo antiguo. Pero en general es un lugar muy bonito y bueno
