NICE PLACE TO CALL HOME! Villa Capri Apartments! I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE living here! The apartments are so nice and everyone seems nice in the community. I have 2 small children and we feel safe and welcomed here! The office staff is great and really seem to care about the tenants. My family and I felt very welcomed through the entire move-in process! If you're looking for a nice affordable place to call home please check them out!

Great management team! This property is making a change and it shows! Ever since the regional Glenda has came in to help with staffing the atmosphere has changed! The lovely ladies in the office was able to listen to my needs and wants and was able to help me find my perfect home.! I have lived here for about 8 months and never had an issue that has not been resolved in a timely manor ! I will definitely be renewing

Office staff rude Not a tenant, but I called for some information and the lady I spoke to was rude, and hung up on me.

person I talked to was rude I’m not a tenant but I called to ask about a unit for rent And while the person I spoke to gave me the info I needed they were kinda rude and ended up hanging up on me

Truly wonderful people! Everyone in the offices and apart of maintenance have been true blessings. The process was pretty easy and straightforward. We had some hiccups along the way that they corrected quickly. The empathy they've shown makes them unlike any complex I have ever heard of. I appreciate the hard work they put in to make our space livable, like a true home. I've only been there a short while but so far I have had nothing but wonderful interactions. Poor customer service I show up to the office only to see it closed. I come back 2 hours later still closed but when I did go inside only one person was there and they didn't stay for long. They left at 2 when they close at 5 also if you make $13+ they won't let you live there. I would not recommend.
Great management The manager - Brianna - is really nice! Apartments are nice and comfortable.
