Our managers are the best! They are constantly on the lookout for potential issues and very quick to resolve existing ones.
Chalsea Macias is a great manager and works hard to complete work orders in a timely fashion. All maintenance crew are cordial and know their trade... We have lived here for approx 6-7 years and never had any major problems just the tenants as to be expected...
They are actively hostile towards residents with kids, even chastising and warning anyone who allows their kids to play outside in the commons area during the day. They do not do repairs in a timely manner, and their after hours repair maintenance line always has a full voicemail box, and they never pick up. If you file repair work orders, they will ignore them, then insist you just file another, if you bring it to their attention. At first i thought it was great and it was until every month the water had to be randomly turned off because of the terrible pipe issues. It's an OLD building that was just re-painted to make it seem nice and new, but it's not. i lived there for 2yrs 3months from april 2021-Aug 2023 and it went through 3 different managers. the third came on board just after i moved out. the paint has layers and layers that just peel off and the heater works well but chips even after they re-touch it. it looks burned and bubbled. i had to ha... read more
