As the bride I can say I was very disappointed. My wedding coordinator Erica Vazquez was rude throughout every point of the process. Not only was she unhelpful she battled me when it came to having a soy free menu which I requested since I am highly allergic to soy. We were promised a champagne march which we did not receive, food items we requested were not offered, and I as the bride had to send back my dinner order 3 times due to the fatty, undercooked, and dry meats in which I was served. We recently had our Xmas party at this venue. My supervisor went out of her way to make sure the chef could accommodate my gluten free dietary needs. They assured her that gluten free would not be an issue. To say the least the party started @ 7 p.m. By 9:30 p.m. they still hadn't even given us our Cesar salad's. Unfortunately they couldn't give me my salad because they could not guarantee that the dressing was gluten free.
