I’ve debated making this review due me not really having anything nice say except that most of my neighbors were amazing people. I had terrible time dealing with management on a specific neighbor who had was constantly recording and reporting my dog and I to the police. I saw the police a lot because of her as well. The appliances in the apartment are subpar at best and the dishwasher broke the first time we tried to use but in my opinion it doesn’t clean that well anyway. The staff here are very friendly and oh so helpful. They definitely know what they're doing. The maintenance guy Andy is on top of his game. He's prompt, very responsive, shows up, and is very professional and friendly. He's quick. He does excellent work. He doesn't beat around the bush and can fix, repair, or replace anything in a timely manner and is detailed and really knows and cares what he's doing on the job. Had a late night issue tonight. Water heater hose leaking. Andy had the part and issue fixed within 30 minutes of being made aware. Friday night on a holiday weekend was lucky to have proper maintenance available. A++
I've lived at Villa Bonita 4 yrs and I'm so happy to be here. I've made friends with several neighbors. So I asked management if they could put light by dumpster and Andy maintenance put it up. I'm so happy. He is also very good in taking care of my work orders in a timely manner
We’ve been living at Villa Bonita Apartments as a family for about two months now, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience so far.
