Impossible to get a hold of the management, and they don’t seem to have anyone at the office most of the time.
I Just moved back home after being away. And the management at this property have been so patient with me and my Daughter who filled out her first lease, and it was such a pleasure to find a place so fast. Happy to have management who is happy to help, that also waited and worked with me while I took care of my mother.
I lived in Villa Bonita appartment. They are doing a lot of efforts to keep the place clean and calm. They have a professional maintenance person, helpful and responsive, really knows what he is doing. Andy, you are the right person in the right place.
Our refrigerator broke and we were left without one for over a week. They didn't see it until the end of the week and leaving us completely on our own for the weekend. They have catagorically refused to do anything or provide any compensation for all the spoiled food or the week we went without a necessary appliance. Further they are raising the price of rent by a huge margin for existing tenents despite already charging quite a lot for what they offer.
