I’ve owned and lived in a condominium in Villa Belmont for nineteen years and while the physical buildings are over 55 years old and need some care, I find it a wonderful community to live in.
I hope management will read the reviews and do something ANYTHING to resolve the complaints. People are PAYING for service and without question should be provided! I was actually about to make an appointment to tour one of the available units for purchase but after reading the horror stories, Yikes!!!! Management please get to it and correct the complaints/issues or residents will continue to post their complaints-needless to say the negative impact on your business!!!!!!!
