Hello! I celebrated living here 10 years as of May 2025! I Love the staff. The property is beautiful. I appreciate how quickly they respond to my service needs! I feel so safe..it's great!!
My partner and I’ve been living in Villa Alvarado since 2022 and we’re more than pleased. I love the convenience of request for maintenance and get it done promptly. I love all the staff they are wonderful and so helpful specially the property manager Mychelle, she will go on and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and finding solutions for your house needs, last year we transfer from 1b/1b apartment to a townhouse.
My 2 puppy sons and I just moved here at the end of July and so far, we are so grateful and couldn’t be happier! First and foremost, I truly appreciate the Villa Alvarado management team for making my move in process a breeze. The entire team is understanding, professional, so kind and friendly, which is honestly a huge relief because you want to be comfortable where you live. I was at Villa for 5 years. I just left and moved from there recently due to my family growing. But I will say it was a breeze to move into. Mychelle was the most understanding and helpful person in the office. Alongside now her team mate Nate and the maintenance team. Enjoyed my stay overall. Any issues or If I had to make a complaint, it was responded to right away. Management will address concerns right away so dont worry!
