I have lived here almost2 years .I need something which is very rare because apartments are kept up. They come immediately the office staff is wonderful anytime you have questions. They answer immediately. They are very respectful and professional people. HONEST REVIEW. I've lived at Villa Alegre for 5 years now in two different units and I've had roof leaks in both of them. Water leaks inside my home due to old/bad pipes. If you live under a unit with water leaks your unit will still experience the water issues because the water goes through the walls and the floor. Recently I have been told they do not have enough maintenance staff to fix the damage on the roofs because they are not roofers. Apartments are cute The grounds could be cleaner The office staff needs to learn customer service They have a pool but residents weren't allowed to use it this past summer I'm sure the residents pay for the pool, they should be able to use it Could be managed better
