HONEST REVIEW. I've lived at Villa Alegre for 5 years now in two different units and I've had roof leaks in both of them. Water leaks inside my home due to old/bad pipes. If you live under a unit with water leaks your unit will still experience the water issues because the water goes through the walls and the floor. Recently I have been told they do not have enough maintenance staff to fix the damage on the roofs because they are not roofers. Apartments are cute The grounds could be cleaner The office staff needs to learn customer service They have a pool but residents weren't allowed to use it this past summer I'm sure the residents pay for the pool, they should be able to use it Could be managed better
I can’t say enough great things about the office staff here. Laura, Berenice, and Alexandria are truly incredible. They are always helpful, courteous, and professional, no matter the situation. Anytime I have a question or need assistance, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Their positive attitudes and genuine care for residents really make a difference and make this a great place to live. Thank you for all that you do!
Terrible place!!!! It’s been MONTHS since water damaged happened on my moms ceiling wall , 2 burners don’t work , faucet has a leaking hole on it ANDDD NO HOT WATER FOR 3 DAYS. Ontop of that the office people don’t answer the phone at all???? Don’t live here you pay 900 -1000 for Maintence to not come when reported issues happen, office people that are quick to pressure you to pay $3 you didnt pay by accident . Welcome to the best WORST place to live in El Paso. It starts with management. Very condescending and are bothered by the fact that the apartments have existing issues. They know about the issues but maintenance is subpar. The amenities include 2 laundry facilities where 50% of the washers don't work and 25% of the dryers don't work. Also, 2 swimming pools that are off limits. Due to maintenance but yet every week the pools are cleaned.
