This evening we had the worst experience we have ever had here at the Vila nova. We arrived at 730 to three tables in the dinning room and after an hour of waiting we were served w salad and 15 minutes later cold food,,, I was informed that it was due to the cook being the only staff on. After sending the food back we received new cheesesteaks after another 15 min and was told that something on our bill could be comped but the owner would not allow the entire meal.
