Vilija handled both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new place with skill and patience. She got me a great price on both ends. There are 100,000 Realtors in Ontario. 3,000 in Durham Region alone. There is no shortage of Agents that will take great headshots of themselves, and boast their "listings" on their Brokerage's site as their own. Don't be fooled: there is no substitute for experience. Would highly recommend. Vilija was absolutely amazing. This was my first time selling a house after my mom passed, she was very helpful and compassionate and walked me through the whole process. Vilija was very approachable and always open to questions.She took the time to explain everything and was always on top of the real-estate market. She did a fantastic job!
