Starting with promptly coming to look at the job, then providing a written estimate offering 2 options, to providing interim photos of the work and final photos upon completion to completing the work in a timely fashion, these guys were A+! Vilex installed lead-coated copper gutters on our new garage, and the result is outstanding. The quality of the work, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the process were impressive. Vilex Inc. completed several projects on my new build. In particular, copper flashing, roofing and shingle siding were all done by Vlad and his Team. Vlad from Vilex is fantastic. He is reliable and neat, reasonably priced, and the quality of his work is excellent. He actually sent me pictures each day so I could follow his progress, since my roof problem involved a skylight on the third floor that wasn't visible to me from outside. When the job was finished, he made sure that I was totally satisfied, and made it clear that if I had any issues, he would take care of them. I would highly recommend Vlad and Vilex to anyone needing roof work.
