We had purchased a 2014 ford fiesta from this location. The sales manager at this event promised my father a check for 1000. This never materialized.which isn't a HUGE deal, but 3 weeks into our ownership of this vehicle, had to rebuild the front brakes on this vehicle. Pads were cracked/broken as was one of the other calipers. This would haven taken most of that 1000. Is suggest if a staff member acting for your company promises something, they should honor it.
