Valet is super unprofessional, they don’t know how to greet people
I have been a resident for almost fourteen years. I was actually in the Care Center after surgery right before my husband and I moved in. My experience in the Care Center was so positive with great care and great therapy to help recover. From the moment we moved in, we felt that we made the best decision in our lives. Very rude staff. Marissa in the wellness center needs to check her attitude.
My mother was at the Vi Skilled Nursing Center/Rehab for the past 6 weeks and the incredible care and support she received helped her recover from a terrible accident. The quality of the PT (Amanda and Debbie) and OT (Dipti and Sarah) was outstanding! That team works extremely well together to maximize results and with care and compassion. The nursing team (RNs/LVNs and CNAs) are led by Director of Nursing Kelly White who has put together the kindest and yet efficient team. The Vi is a wonderful place for seniors. My wife and I moved into Independent Living and very quickly found a number of friends with whom we became close.There is a wide variety of people here so it is easy to find compatible people. The Vi has a wide variety of activities and dining opportunities, and good food. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
