The staff at The Vi go above and beyond for their residents!
Tiny lobby with 4 chairs is a joke. Also Rude front desk staff. Zero hospitality skills.
We are starting to explore senior living options in San Diego and toured Vi with Theresa. The facility is impressive in the continuum of services offered, breadth of programming and level of resident engagement. Theresa did a fantastic job of showing us Vi, explaining choices for senior living and introducing us to some residents - both as we toured and at the lemonade social scheduled on the day of our visit.
