I think the pictures speak for themselves. Refusal to even partially refund the service (less than a month in) after we'd paid a 100% deposit for the season.
VIL provides detailed and helpful information about the impending weather conditions and how they plan to roll out service including timing. So far service has been very good except for some over-salting, which is expensive!1
Terrible service from this company. My neighbours and myself in total 8 homes signed up in November 2025. The two substantial snow events were a disaster. The first storm they showed up really late the day after the storm. The last storm on Sunday 01/25 we are still waiting on them apparently their equipment broke. It's now Tuesday 01/27 Would NOT recommend them
The VIL team does a great job of snow removal. They came quickly and did a great job. Thank you
