I lived here when the building was first built. The apartments themselves are very nice, the rooftop is great, and the old management was great as well. However, two months before I moved out Greystar took over management, and everything went downhill. We had a leak in our bathroom that we put in a work order for, a week after not hearing from them I went to the office and they claimed they never received a work order, another week went by and I had to go back...
