Viktoria is a master at her art. She answered all my questions with professionalism. I read a lot of things about nanoplastia and was still not familiar enough to try it but she eased my mind and assured me that she would formulate a product to address my issues without damaging my hair and she delivered. I went to see Viktoria for nanoplastia. My hair was so damaged that it was breaking off. I felt really embarrassed but she was super sweet and nonjudgmental. And she turned my hair into SILK!! 6 weeks later and it still looks crazy good. Thank you Viktoria! I’m so impressed and will be back❤️

Viktoria canceled my appointment less than 24 hours before it was scheduled due to illness, which I completely understood. However, I reached out multiple times to reschedule, and she has completely ignored me. I can’t help but wonder if this is because I mentioned my nationality, or if she simply doesn’t need new clients and treats everyone this way. Either way, I feel disrespected by her lack of communication, and this behavior is both strange and unprofessional.
