All I’m trying to do is call to make a new patient appointment. I’ve called three times and they’ve hung up on me. They don’t even answer. They pick up the phone and then hang it up. I guess they don’t want a new patient.!
Dr. Poonai is awesome. He truly is a partner with you in your medical journey. Excellent listener. Makes you feel like you are the only patient. Never rushes you. Is always open to discussing your treatment protocol and is open to your suggestions. He is THE BEST!! Star
