The staff at this location are fine, but Dr. Saini is without a doubt the rudest and least professional doctor I have ever taken a loved one to. Our first appointment with him to check my mother-in-law's eye was upsetting, and I should have trusted my gut and immediately found someone else. He was rude and impatient with a 91 year old woman because he had to repeat himself to her a few times. Her second appointment was similar, but he wasn't as rude that time. Aggravated is an understatement. Words do not seem to form to articulate how angry I am with the visit my mother just had with this quack of a physician. My mother had cataracts surgery in Winter 2023, and has been seeing this godforsaken man ever since for injections that have “no guarantee” (words out of his mouth) of saving my mother’s vision due to her having TERRIBLE complications post procedure.
