Dr Khetpal took all the time needed to answer questions and offer advice and solutions.He is warm and personable. He made me feel better with just his expertise and professionalism.
Doctor is ok, but impossible to get him to respond to any of your messages. If you have a question, you will get an answer only if u come in person, cause only then can they put an ICD code and charge insurance. This office is all about the billings!!!
Doctor is fine, but their Billing department is the worst with which I've ever worked. They absolutely harrassed my wife and love to embarass their patients about billing/payments/insurance very loudly and in front of everyone in a quiet patient lobby.
I appreciated the attention, and care that Dr Khetpal gave me on my visit to see him. I had to go to the er, again, to get help for very high bp. He gave me quality time, and that is what patients need. Thank you, Dr. Khetpal Wilma Barton
I have had good care with Dr Khetpal. I would have given 5 stars but his office overcharged me for my visits. I didn't know that until I received statements from my insurance company 2 months later. I called and asked them about it and they said I did have a surplus balance. Then it took 3 weeks to reimburse me. I doubt I will return.
Dr. Vikram Khetpal is WONDERFUL!!!! I was so nervous about my appointment, but he was so compassionate and his level of expertise was amazing. He really took an inordinate amount of time explaining the needed tests and protocol. He is such a great doctor and a wonderful human being. I instantly connected with him and felt that my care was extremely important to him. I highly recommend Dr. Khetpal.
Amazing Doctor. Takes the time to listen to my concerns. Explains everything and accommodates my weird requests. What more can you ask for?

staff cannot communicate with patient in a timely manner confusing one stress test for an other. wasting my time! appointments should include E.K.G. or charge me the extra 25.27 @ the same time. DR. Kheptpal is a fine Doctor and is greatly appreciated.
