Dr. Jala is talented, very thorough, and best of all, he is a kind and caring man. I feel confident in his decisions for my care. I trust him. What more could a patient ask for from a physician? His staff is extremely efficient and professional. I've had absolutely ZERO problems with Dr. Jala and his office, so I'm not sure what the negative review is about. He gets strong recommendations from me.
Dr. Jala is good but his staff is not. Not sure if he's aware of the issue. Couldn't get a hold of his office every time I needed something, left a msg for his medical staff & no one called me back. The best way to reach his office is physically at his office. Did a colonoscopy and was supposed to receive the biopsy results in 2 weeks. Called to check at 4 weeks and they didn't call the lab to release it. Asked the results to be faxed to my oncologist 3 times and finally they did it the 3rd time.
