This haircut experience was amazing! Booking an appointment online was super easy. Ana was so friendly and did an amazing job left feeling confident and happy with my hair! The salon itself is absolutely beautiful i highly recommend Vikkie Hair Lab for your hair care needs. I will be back again✨

TERRIBLE service. My fianc� booked an appointment at 11:30. Our wedding is this weekend. They moved him at the very last minute (literally 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment) without explanation to 11:45am. 11:45 comes and goes, and the front desk lady is on the phone not telling him anything besides a rude and dismissive “they’re really busy” as he watches two ladies get blowouts. I had a great experience here. Everyone is really kind, accommodating and just gorgeous. They offered me with water, tea or coffee which I really appreciate. They all helped in doing my hair. I went with their recommendations and it all went so beautifully, I love the results. It’s better than I imagined or wanted it to be. The price is great with their high quality products and services. They’re fast and very efficient. I love it. I think I found my go to salon. ♥
I am incredibly disappointed with my experience here. I came in with dark brown hair looking for a caramel/mocha balayage and a layered haircut. I was originally quoted $300 for the service.
