I asked for a big bouncy blowout before a big event, and I left with a flat crown and ringlets. When I asked for a bit more volume to try and fix it, it just ended up looking even worse. And to top it all off, the products she used smelled terrible. I wanted to cry in the chair. I didn’t have any time to re-do it — I went home and cried!!!!

I left feeling disappointed by the overall tone of the consultation and service. I specifically booked someone who is regarded as being among the more senior or highly recommended people, expecting a high level of professionalism and expertise. Booking the Appointment: Super easy—I used the online portal and was able to book my appointment the day before. Stylist: I had a haircut with Julian, and he was amazing! Super friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. The cut turned out perfect, and the whole experience was seamless. Salon: Very clean and organized. The assistant who washed my hair was very sweet and gentle. Cost: I have long hair (it hits my lower mid-back), and the cost was $90 without gratuity. I’ll definitely be getting my haircut with him again.
