Had an appointment to sign the lease on a rental property. Was then offered to sign a two year lease only to have the offered revoke when realtor learned about a service dog. We wanted to be transparent with realtor and tell them even though we are not required to under the fair housing act. Eventually realtor backtracked and stated they had other offers. Very unprofessional.

I recently had the opportunity to work with a wonderful realtor, Larry Greenberg at Vikki Healey Properties. From the beginning, Larry was very courteous, professional and patient during this stressful time. He offered suggestions as to things I needed to do and was, at times, a voice of reason when necessary. He was always very responsive day or night and I always felt like he understood what was important to me during the whole process of simultaneously selling and buying a separate property.
