Do not buy here I promise you
my experience living in this manufactured home park was extremely frustrating. Communication with both the on-site office and corporate management was nearly impossible unless they were reaching out to issue rule reminders or notices. When I did try to get clarification on those rule reminders, I consistently received different and often contradictory answers from the office manager.
