I went through the entire booking process and then some random calls and says they’re not taking new clients? What a joke and a huge waste of my time In response to the response, that’s actually a lie. You guys should talk before you get on the internet. I knew it was because of his history and I was told that you weren’t accepting new patients. Glad to know your manager lies through his teeth. Pathetic
My dog (Alaskan Klee Kai) had extreme anxiety with the vet and is not very kind to other dogs so much so that we had to give him medication before taking him to appointments but now he loves the vet! My dog is not just a number to them. They take every step to make sure my dog is feeling safe and calm, from giving him toys to take home and his favorite treats to stay calm.
