we had a new furnace installed by a private installer. it wasn't working properly and viking supply took care of everything!! they were awesome. I will go to them first next time and I highly recommend you do the same!!
Having the option of shopping at Shetucket Plumbing Supply, Home Depot or Viking Supply in this town, I can tell you the customer service at Viking is second to none. I am a home owner who does most of my work and despite not knowing all the terminology or products, I have never felt inferior at Viking Supply.
