I bought my first Viking Emerald 116 and took my first class and liked the machine the lady next to me was using so I went back and did an upgrade to the Jade20. I love it.
The ladies here are very helpful, would not have been able to finish my first quilt without them.
I was having trouble with my Viking Sapphire 930. I am free motion quilting and my bobbin thread wasn't coming out right. Linda and Lynnette were extremely helpful. Their tips were spot on, now my stippling is beautiful both top and bottom!!! These seamstresses know what they're doing. Very nice individuals with a lot of knowledge.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Inventory stock is great for accessories.
I enjoyed my classes. I am a true beginner...never touched a machine before. Teachers were fantastic. I am learning...it is exciting to make things. Thanks for your patience as positive attitudes. Great experience. Beth
