Love this place, bought 2 machines and have had excellent service.
The lady who helped me was so incredibly helpful and kind! She was so patient with me while we figured out an issue with my sewing machine. The people here are super friendly.

The experience at Viking (inside JoAnn's) isn't great. If you don't own a Viking, none of the sales people really want to talk with you - literally they are quite rude about it. Becky, the manager of the Viking Department is the leader of this team of sales people. She rather chat on the phone with friends than try and help you purchase a machine.
