Recently had the worst customer experience at this location. I was double charged for a machine and received no help from the staff to fix this issue. I personally went to this location on 3 separate occasions asking for help. This charge is still on my card and I’ve made 5 calls now. Worst experience to date and now I am going to eat a 1k charge on my card for their error!

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had recently. Before visiting, I called to ask if they would be able to take a look at a Singer machine I inherited. I was already tinkering around with the machine, and ran into a problem when working on the upper threading assembly.
