Agreed to come same day but later called back saying there will be a surcharge because it was after 3:30pm. Hoping in future they do a better job at communication own up to a mistake instead of charging customers more
This is a great company. The last time I had them out the guy was efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Today they were my first call when I noticed a problem with my water heater. Instead of having a guy come out and charging my a service charge, they gave me a suggestion over the phone. They saved me the money and I was able to fix the issue myself. Great company...
Because I have a property across town from their shop, they are not always able to provide service there, but they are always my first call. I find their plumbers to be knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
