Scottsburg factory, Mandated seven days every week with no foreseeable reduction in hours. Upper management seems to be lacking a game-plan to reduce hours Employees are working on getting a union set up. If you hate your wife and kids, and use work to escape reality, this is the perfect place to work. Absolutely no work/home balance. Terrible place to work. My first shift I got a trainer that didn’t even know how to do their own job. I had to figure it out all on my own. My second shift they put me by myself even after I had told them I wasn’t trained properly on my first shift, still was not properly shown how to do the job. Management is absolutely terrible!
