We signed up for their monthly subscription years ago and it used to be easy to reach them and the service people who come to our home are always pleasant, but canceling our monthly subscription was an incredibly frustrating experience. I spent hours on the phone, much of that time waiting on hold. When I finally reached the representative and we were nearly finished with the cancellation, the call was disconnected. She never returned my call, so I had to call back several times and endure the long wait all over again.

Great service, would definitely recommend! Had a problem at my parent’s house and Angel helped out with much patience. Worked around our schedule and haven’t had an issue since. Thanks again.

The "free estimate" is a bait and switch. I called for an estimate to replace some termite traps. The technician came over, walked around the house with a clipboard for 10 minutes and provided the estimate. I declined the service. A month later I received a large bill for an inspection. I called customer service and was told there was a fee for any tech visiting your property. We had some bird issues. Some siding came loose and birds were routinely going in there. We didnt have a ladder and no idea what we were dealing with. We thought other rodents could go in there. They came fast, climbed up there, cleared out the birds and sealed up the siding. Problem solved! Before and after photos!
