Literally every time I call I request Steven Post. They have so many nice people there and all the technicians are incredibly kind. But, Stephen is thorough and knowledgeable. I trust him on my property. And, I haven’t had any issues since using Viking under Stevens care. So far, I’ve had a great experience with Viking pest control. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. The service was poorly handled from start to finish, and the technician’s work was unacceptable. Communication was inconsistent, issues were not resolved, and there was a complete lack of accountability. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away from this business.

Terrible experience and dishonest business practices. I had an awful experience with this pest control service. I am beyond unhappy with the technician’s lack of professionalism and the poor quality of service provided. It’s clear that this company is dishonest and misleading. I feel cheated and deeply regret ever contacting them. This is not a legitimate business you want to be involved with. Do not waste your time or money on this 'misunderstanding' of a business!
