Always a wonderful experience from start to finish with Viking. Technician Joe Vroom was attentive to my ant concerns and very knowledgeable. The sweet woman who answered the phone right when closing, was kind enough to squeeze me in the following day and also was flexible with my time request. I appreciated that very much!! She was so sweet. Customer service is always impecable.
Dwayne Mann, first time coming to my home for a quarterly house inspection. He is knowledgeable, professional, and punctual.He provided outstanding service and I highly recommend him.
After repeated visits without results, they “sold” me the smart system . When the tech came to install the technology, I changed my mind & it turned into a regular visit. Nevertheless, they billed me $190 even though it is undisputed that the system was never installed. I was a customer for a solid 7 years and tried to get the charge removed. They refused! Perhaps out of spite for canceling their services. I am a senior. $190 for services not rendered is a lot. They are deplorable!
I just have to say I love working with Vikings specifically because of the technicians. I mean the products are great. they work for me. I'm in a heavily wooded area. I literally live in the woods and barely have any kind of insects, especially this time of the year but Thomas and this time he brought along Nico are absolutely amazing! Hey, how was pretty disappointed with this company based off of the fact that I told him I just wanted to just focus on the mice rodent in the home I only had a few and when they came to the location immediately, they tried to put me into a long-term contract that I never signed up for Then only came out to my house one time to set up all the traps in the three month process I try to make an appointment for them to come back.
