After paying 65/month for 5+ years they started saying there is a contract baked in annual 10% price increase and started taking silently. I reread original contract and there is nothing like that. So total scam. This for a home with less than 2-3 pavement ant infestations a year. Our neighbors pay 55/month with much larger homes yet we never complained, so sure we were furious about the $70 silent bill increase.
Frank Simon came out today and was the most thorough technician I have had the pleasure to be at my home! Frank is knowledgeable, friendly and a hard worker! Professional all the way. Thanks Frank!
