You can't talk to any person. Nobody gets it back to you. This place is horrible to even deal with. It's all a freaking computer and veronica, this is ridiculous
We used Viking pest control for a yellow jacket problem at the very peak of our 3 story home that was too high for us to reach. They were easy to schedule with and Jack Davis came out the next day. Very good communication, courteous and fast service!
We've been very happy with Viking Pest Control since we moved into our current house in Bethlehem, PA. Our regular technician Jack Davis is always so helpful and communicative about what he's doing in response to what we need. We're very pleased with this service and with Jack!
Very friendly service tech. It was raining on our first visit, tech did inside and some outside. He said he’d return within the next week to finish outside. Never came. I called and Viking had no clue (so no records to indicate what was done or what still needs to be done).
Collin was very polite and thorough. We appreciate the Viking service.
