I’ve lived in this apartment for several years. I recently had two issues with heating and noise. New manager Angela was attentive, responded quickly, and did her best to resolve everything. The location is very good: close to trail, schools, stores, a mall, and public transportation. The area feels quiet and safe, and kids can walk home from school and play outside. Overall, it’s a decent place to live.

Management company and on-site manager are both terrible. It takes multiple requests to get things fixed. Manager constantly lies and says she sent someone when she didn’t. My heat was out for over a month in the winter before they fixed it and when I asked for a refund the manager locked me out of the online payment system in retaliation. One whole laundry room has been out of service for a year due to a fire that they never repaired. There are constant leaks leading to mold in the ceilings. After numerous complaints, my friend's horribly loud neighbors continue to blare loud music that rattle the walls some nights. There is never warm water. Multiple theft incidents in the complex, including a vehicle break-in. An exceptional location. But the biggest problem l have is how management is allowing tenants who don’t pay rent on time to where they were days from getting evicted, have cops knocking on their door almost every other month, play excessively loud music almost daily, to live here!

My friend’s apartment is run down. And nothing gets fixed. His garbage disposal doesn’t work now and has been reported numerous times. The management doesn’t seem to take him seriously. What’s going on?
