After numerous complaints, my friend's horribly loud neighbors continue to blare loud music that rattle the walls some nights. There is never warm water. Multiple theft incidents in the complex, including a vehicle break-in. An exceptional location. But the biggest problem l have is how management is allowing tenants who don’t pay rent on time to where they were days from getting evicted, have cops knocking on their door almost every other month, play excessively loud music almost daily, to live here!
Beautiful apartments, really spacious and full of daylight.
My friend’s apartment is run down. And nothing gets fixed. His garbage disposal doesn’t work now and has been reported numerous times. The management doesn’t seem to take him seriously. What’s going on?
