Management company and on-site manager are both terrible. It takes multiple requests to get things fixed. Manager constantly lies and says she sent someone when she didn’t. My heat was out for over a month in the winter before they fixed it and when I asked for a refund the manager locked me out of the online payment system in retaliation. After numerous complaints, my friend's horribly loud neighbors continue to blare loud music that rattle the walls some nights. There is never warm water. Multiple theft incidents in the complex, including a vehicle break-in. An exceptional location. But the biggest problem l have is how management is allowing tenants who don’t pay rent on time to where they were days from getting evicted, have cops knocking on their door almost every other month, play excessively loud music almost daily, to live here!

My friend’s apartment is run down. And nothing gets fixed. His garbage disposal doesn’t work now and has been reported numerous times. The management doesn’t seem to take him seriously. What’s going on?
