Poor communication, usually never answer the phone. Kiosk usually never works. Invoices are sent out after the due date which means if you forget or wait for the invoice you get charged a late fee. Example: Last invoice sent, Due date 1st, invoice date 3rd. This doesn't make sense unless they due this on purpose so they can charge a $20 dollar late fee.
