Not professional at all.. rude on the phone.
I currently rent here due to availability and location, but the owner is terrible. I've left 3 messages asking for a statement of account to confirm how much I've over paid and she will not return my calls. I read the reviews so I'm always paying 2 months at a time and while the product is fine the management is terrible to work with. If possible you should find somewhere else.
Tried scamming me out of money and charging me for late fees saying she didn't receive a month's rent and never notified me. So she kept adding up late fees. It wasn't till after arguing with her over multiple phones calls, that I had check numbers to prove I payed. She finally mysteriously found my check (that she cashed 4 months prior) after I threatened to get lawyer involved. I would not rent here again
