Terrible communication,maintenance issues never addressed at a timely manner. Can never get in contact with management.
I'm not sure why you make. new tenant pay a previous tenant outstanding water bill. You took their deposit and tell them to pay the water bill and you will take it off of the next month rent? This is wrong on so many levels. This Tennant has giving all their money and you let them move in, go to get the water in their name only to find out it they will not have water due to those outstanding bill. Horrible management company, never completes repairs….renters beware. Only gave a star to warn potential renters!!!!
