These gentlemen are amazing! Less then 48 hours before I was suppose to fly out internationally, I found out my safe, that contained my passport, wouldn’t open. I called Viking first thing in the morning and they said to drive over and they would help me right away. Within a few minutes they were able to get my safe open and saved my trip. I am extremely grateful. It was the kind of service you’d expect in a small town. I highly recommend this company.

When I took my safe into them they got it opened and found that the lock was malfunctioning they replaced it and the rates were very reasonable.
Called them for the service. This is not a legitimate store address. It is some guy using a bunch of phone numbers and a bunch of fake addresses (they refer to them as dispatch locations!) sitting in a bedroom somewhere dispatching who knows who to cover your security needs, Scams.

I got great service at a very fair price, and Mike was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. I will recommend him to anyone I know and call on him again if I need a locksmith.

Most businesses claim that customer service is their number one priority but very few businesses actually provide it. Mike from Viking Lock replaced the locks in our home and rekeyed my husband's business. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge; he repsonded quickly to our call, worked around our busy schedules, and did a super job.
