Seriously loved the lady there, she not only let me just look around. But when I was done she showed me other clothes I would love, and I ended up with a different crop top sweater! Amazing! And she was super nice to my kid. Not pushy but still there.

I was really disappointed by a couple interactions with the HD mothership. The three awesome ladies that helped me today at Viking restores my faith in the company. They hooked me up with just the right jacket, and were really friendly.

Service or parts. I have had nothing but problems trying to get a headlight installed. First it was put on the wrong bike and now they waited a month and a half to order the parts. We ordered and paid for it before Christmas while the bike was in winter storage. I dropped it off again 2 weeks ago before leaving for vacation only to come back and still be told they are waiting for parts they knew they needed in March when we realized the light was missing.
